TIP COPY YOUR DATA FASTER IN USB

If you want to copy the data faster to your USB, you have to enable "Write Caching" feature. This feature is available in WINDOWS 7 & WINDOWS 8.
Heres the procedure to turn on the Write Caching feature:

  • Plug in flash drive. 
  • Right click on Computer. A drop down menu will appear. Click on Manage.
  • Computer Management window will appear. Select Disk Management from Storage.

  • Now Select your Flash Drive and right click on it. A drop down menu will appear click on Properties
  • Properties of the respective Flash Drive will appear. Switch to Polices tab. And check the Better Performance box. 

NOTE: You must use the Safely Remove Hardware notification icon to eject your device safely each time.
